1. About the service
Skavispela is a free score tracking platform for Nordic Contract Rummy games. It is provided as-is, free of charge, and without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Skavispela. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Enter fraudulent or misleading game scores.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' experience.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.
- Use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior written permission.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the game data and any other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Skavispela a non-exclusive licence to store and display it as part of operating the service. We will not sell or share your content with third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The Skavispela name, logo, design, and all platform content created by us are our property. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute them without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Skavispela is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use it at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skavispela and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data or any game records.
9. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings — this immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also contact us at hello@skavispela.se if you need assistance.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
